The founders
Two principals, 25 years each
David R. Hooper — President
David R. Hooper is a co-founder and principal in the Client Strategy Group. In addition to managing CSG business, Mr. Hooper assists clients with business strategy, process improvement and requirements analysis.
With over 25 years of Information Systems experience, Mr. Hooper also has extensive experience with package selection and implementation, and application development initiatives. Prior to forming CSG, Mr. Hooper was a Senior Vice-President for Computer Associates International, responsible for providing professional services to CA strategic clients throughout the US and Canada. Mr. Hooper was also a Vice-President with REALOGIC, Inc., responsible for client activities in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hooper holds an MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin-Wallace College and a BS in Business Administration, Management Information Systems and Economics, from Bowling Green State University.
Joel S. Pietrantozzi — Executive Vice President
Joel S. Pietrantozzi is a co-founder and principal in the Client Strategy Group. Mr. Pietrantozzi is a highly experienced business development and operations manager in the technology industry.
He is a highly skilled communicator with more than 25 years of experience in consulting, marketing, sales and management. His strength lies in his career experience, which has included all facets of the technology industry – from a programmer analyst, to a senior development manager, to executive management. Prior to forming CSG, Mr. Pietrantozzi held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice-President for Dynax Solutions, Inc., a regional technology-consulting firm with 7 offices in 4 states. Mr. Pietrantozzi was also a Senior Business Development Manager with REALOGIC, Inc., responsible for client development in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Dave Hooper signed the 2016 announcement of the Columbus acquisition as CEO.
